In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the details regarding the scope in which your personal data will be processed by Nobel Expo Uluslararası Fuarcılık A.Ş ("Nobel Expo" or "Company") as the data controller are presented to your information in the following headings. 

1. Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data and Their Legal Reasons

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels in order to carry out our activities based on legal reasons to comply with the legislation and Company policies. Your personal data may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK.

2. Processing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected are processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, - Fulfilment of the commercial activities carried out by Nobel Expo in accordance with the legislation and Company policies, - Design and execution of Human Resources activities, - Ensuring the commercial and legal security of natural persons with whom we have a business relationship, - Protection of Nobel Expo's commercial reputation and the trust it creates.

3. Sharing Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be shared with our affiliates, suppliers, external service providers and legally authorised public institutions and organisations in order for our business units to carry out the necessary work in this direction in order to carry out our commercial activities in accordance with the legislation and Company policies in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Your Rights as a Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the LPPD

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, which entered into force on 7 October 2016, you have the following rights regarding your personal data - To learn whether your personal data has been processed, - To request information if your personal data has been processed, - To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, - To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, - To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, - To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, - To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, - To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
