Your collected personal data may be shared, in compliance with the fundamental principles outlined by KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, for the purposes of conducting our business activities, with our affiliates, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject under Article 11 of KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, which came into force on October 7, 2016, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: - To learn whether your personal data is being processed, - To request information if your personal data has been processed, - To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, - To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, - To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, - To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law, and to request the notification of this to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, - To object to any adverse results arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, - To claim compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
